I AM A CHEF, RECIPE WRITER AND CONTENT CREATOR WHO CREATES PLANT-BASED RECIPES FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE TO EAT! ABUNDANT AND JOYFUL, INSPIRED BY MY GREEK CYPRIOT HERITAGE - AND WITH THE BOLD FLAVOURS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN AND MIDDLE EAST VERY MUCH AT THE FOREFRONT.

My plant-based journey started 18 years ago when I realised eating animal products no longer felt right for me. My passion for food made me determined to find creative and nutritious ways to make plant-based dishes even tastier. I decided to undertake a holistic nutrition course and subsequently worked and trained at one of London’s leading vegan restaurants, Bubala, where I got to learn even more about flavour and technique. 

With that experience under my belt, and a passion for recipe writing, I moved on to set up MOB’s vegan sister page Bunch, where I grew the social following to +550k in less than two years.

I have worked in many food related roles, from starting my own little catering company in Cyprus, teaching cooking classes in Chicago and online, to coming back to London and helping create the menu for Sloane Street Deli, working at Bubala as a chef, then working as a Senior Food Producer at Mob, one of the biggest food media companies in the UK.  

Now branching out on my own, and with a wealth of knowledge on both recipe writing and content creation, I will continue to share recipes, tips on food waste, seasonal eating and cooking with whole plants.

I believe that eating healthily doesn’t need to be restrictive or bland - but that with the right ingredients, understanding and creativity, anyone can cook exciting, accessible and nourishing food at home.
